Based on The Mutating Pictures Generator, there's another generator for user-evolved images: Face Maker. The currently emerging dominant face is actually a three-in-one. Two of them are easy to see, a Queen Amidala lookalike and her retarded sister (there are two separate sets of eyes that have evolved and produce either a sophisticated face or a flat, stupid one : )

The third face however is the one I find most interesting, and it's not as readily apparent. I'm not sure how many people actively select for it, but it's been there for a while and it doesn't seem to be going away. I took another screen shot and illustrated what I mean:
